Friday I went to the full moon cabaret at the Bedlam Theatre. It was...interesting. There were some good puppet shows and some not very good ones. I think the ones by the woman who put it on's boyfriend were the worst. I'm sure there is a lesson to be learned there. What it is, I don't know. The night was fun though thanks to friends I spent it with.
Saturday night I went to the Twolves game with an old high school friend, Rob. We were good friends for a while but don't hang out much anymore. This makes things kind of strange. Not with Rob in particular but when ever you hang out with someone you used to know well it is a different experience. It was nice to catch up though. His friend had nice seats for the game and since attendance is usually sparse we sat next to them instead of in my $3 nosebleed seats. The Twolves actually won which was a pleasant surprise. After we hit up The Local for some Jamison. They sold the most in the world last year so...when in Rome.
Sunday I worked for a couple of hours. It makes me fell better to work some on the weekends since I tend not to get to work until 9:30. After making sure the gophers got into the NCAA basketball tournament I made some stir-fry with frozen vegetables, Ramen noodles, leftover lasagna noodles, tofu, shrimp and lots of soy sauce. I thought it was pretty good last night. It wasn't as good for lunch today though.
Today I worked for an hour because the default page on the web server I just built wasn't working. Turns out I shouldn't have capitalized the I in index. Oh, well, it still beats doing paperwork.
